The Batman starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne aka Batman appears to be a dark and violent noir film featuring a hot-headed Batman learning to become a more focused detective. He meets Selina Kyle aka Catwoman (Zoe Kravitz) who has a lot in common with him, but she finds herself unsettled by his violent methods. Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy seemed dark at the time, but The Batman from Matt Reeves seems to be taking it even further. The organized crime is seedier with Oz aka the Penguin (Colin Farrell) and the villain is scarier with Edward Nashton aka the Riddler (Paul Dano).
