Iowa Hawkeyes, Cincinnati Bearcats move up in AP Top 25 poll; Clemson Tigers out for first time since 2014

Iowa is up to No. 3 and Cincinnati has its highest ranking in 12 years, but amid a topsy-turvy college football season, mainstay Clemson is on the outside looking in at the AP Top 25 for the first time since 2014.
