Chargers coach -- Teams 'crazy' not to have Colin Kaepernick on workout lists

Though there are no plans yet to work out Colin Kaepernick, Chargers coach Anthony Lynn said teams "would be crazy" not to have the free-agent quarterback on their workout lists.
