HP buys gaming peripherals maker HyperX for $425 million

HP Inc. announced the $425 million acquisition of HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company. The deal will strengthen HP’s position in a competitive gaming peripherals market that includes more established names like Corsair, Logitech, and Razer.
