Cyberpunk 2077’s refund fiasco for PS4 and Xbox One owners

CD Projekt, the makers of Cyberpunk 2077, rushed to promise refunds to angry customers early Monday, apparently not realizing that the policies of Microsoft, Sony, and GameStop would refuse most returns of opened or played video games.
