Pret A Manger ignored 9 warnings about its bread before it killed a 15-year-old

Natasha Ednan-Laperouse died after eating a Pret A Manger baguette that failed to list the existence of sesame seeds, to which she was allergic. An inquest heard that Pret A Manger got nine complaints of sesame-related allergy incidents in 2015, but still failed to list sesame as an ingredient.
