French Hill wins reelection against Democratic opponent Joyce Elliott

U. S. Rep. French Hill has won re-election for Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District. The Republican incumbent beat democratic state Sen. Joyce Elliott in the highly-anticipated, tight race. This will be Hill’s fourth term in Congress. He has held the 2nd Congressional District seat since 2015. In 2018, Hill won re-election in an equally tight race against state Rep. Clarke Tucker. The Associated Press called the race for Hill with 57 percent of precincts reporting.
