Buffalo officials ask state to probe firing of Black officer who stopped white colleague's chokehold

Buffalo City Council voted this week to call on the state to investigate the 2008 firing of Black Buffalo police Officer Cariol Horne, who stopped her white colleague from choking a suspect while making an arrest.
