Leeds man to stand trial over Terri Jordan's murder after her body was dumped near Asda

A 32-year-old man from Harehills in Leeds has been charged with the murder of Terri Jordan, whose body was found near an Asda store in the city in February 2019. The accused, who has not been named, is believed to have attacked Ms Jordan in a car park before disposing of her body under a bush near the supermarket.

Ms Jordan's body was discovered by a member of the public on February 15th, 2019, and an investigation was launched into her death. The cause of death was not immediately clear, but it is believed that she suffered multiple stab wounds.

The accused has been remanded in custody and is expected to appear at Leeds Crown Court for a plea hearing later this year. If found guilty, he could face life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
