‘Child of Krakatau’ Brings Death to Hundreds in Indonesian Tsunami

Rescue crews searched for survivors in Indonesian coastal communities struck by a tsunami that was set off by the much-feared Child of Krakatau volcano. It left at least 281 people dead as it destroyed hotels, busy restaurants and homes ahead of the year-end holidays.
