The Iconic’s former CEO to lead budget brands Rivers, Katies, Noni B

Erica Berchtold, the former CEO of Iconic Group, was set to take over as the CEO of Best & Less last September. However, it has been reported that she has now joined Mosaic Brands as its head instead.

Mosaic Brands is a retail company that operates in Australia and New Zealand. It owns several well-known brands such as Noni B., Katies, and Rivers. Berchtold's appointment as the head of Mosaic Brands means she will be responsible for leading these brands and overseeing their operations.

It is not clear why Berchtold decided to leave Best & Less and join Mosaic Brands instead. However, it is possible that she was attracted to the opportunity to work with a company that specializes in budget fashion and home goods.

Berchtold has a strong background in retail and has previously held senior leadership roles at several major retailers, including Coles Group and Woolworths. She left Iconic Group in 2019 after being appointed CEO of the company.
