Simple solutions for two knotty problems: Letter to the Editor

What modern America needs is simple graph paper and a universal code of conduct.

We need graph paper: A simple sheet of transparent graph paper would solve a multitude of political and corruption problems in America. Use it as an overlay on the map of the United States and – “voila!” – you would have politically neutral election districts nationwide. Congressional election district limits would cover 360-degree angles, except for natural boundaries such as waterways and existing legal boundaries.
