Solved!! Visual Studio 2019 Shows a big Cursor and Deletes Text When Typing

Problem: When coding in Visual Studio, all of the sudden you see a big cursor and when you start typing text in the middle of a typed word, the text is delete as you type more text.

Answer: If you are using Windows Keyboard, press "SHIFT" + 0 (shift key and a number 0 that shows "INS") will resolve the problem.
